Hi there, James Murphy here. Patricia and I are getting excited about the next chapter! Our current home should close mid-May, so we're hoping to find something before then if possible. Any new single-level homes come on the market this week? We need 2-3 bedrooms, open floor plan, and absolutely no stairs — Patricia's knees just can't handle them anymore.
